WorkableNI Participant and Deaf Entrepreneur Wins Lisburn and Castlereagh Heat of the Go Succeed Ultimate Pitch

AdaptNI Workable client, Paula Clarke, has won the Lisburn and Castlereagh heat of the Go Succeed Ultimate Pitch, securing her place in the final on 19th November.
Paula, a sign language user, talented performance Actor and passionate advocate for inclusion, is breaking barriers in the arts sector by creating accessible spaces and opportunities for all. Her vision and drive impressed the judges, earning her well-deserved recognition and a place centre stage.
Through WorkableNI, AdaptNI continues to support Paula as a self-employed professional, providing tailored one-to-one support, advice on Access to Work (ATW), and guidance equivalent to that available to any employed staff member. WorkableNI ensures that Deaf, hearing loss, and tinnitus professionals across Northern Ireland can thrive in their chosen careers with confidence and equality.
