AdaptNI Transitions Project - Supporting Deaf, Hearing Loss, and Tinnitus Young People to Thrive
The AdaptNI Transitions Project helps young people aged 16–24 who are Deaf, have hearing loss, or tinnitus successfully move through education, training, and into work. We provide practical, personalised support so every young person can make confident, informed decisions about their future.
Who Can Take Part?
Young people aged 16–24 who are Deaf, have hearing loss, or tinnitus
Parents and guardians are welcome to get involved and support their child
No referrals are needed — you can contact us directly
How We Support Young People
Our team provides flexible, tailored support to meet individual needs, including:

One-to-one guidance and mentoring

Group workshops for skills development

CV writing, interview practice, and workplace preparation

Confidence building and self-advocacy

Liaising with schools, colleges, and employers
