January 2026 – Belfast’s New Customer Service Academy for Deaf Participants

Start the year with New Year, New Opportunities as AdaptNI launches an exciting new Customer Service Academy for Deaf participants, delivered in partnership with Belfast City Council. 

When? - Running for 1 week, Monday to Friday,  19^th January to Friday 23^rd January. 

Time? - 9am - 4pm (lunch provided)

Where? - Adelaide Street Belfast

What? -  This intensive programme offers a fully accessible learning experience designed to build confidence, skills, and real pathways into work.

Participants will gain two GCSE-equivalent qualifications, alongside employability training, practical customer service skills, and tailored one-to-one support.

As the only provider of specialist employment and training support for Deaf, hearing loss, and tinnitus communities in Northern Ireland, AdaptNI is proud to lead a programme that breaks down barriers and opens doors.
