A Thank You to Conor – Advisory Group Member

At AdaptNI, we want to take a moment to recognise and thank Conor for his time, commitment and invaluable contribution as part of our Advisory Group over the past year.

Conor has played a key role in supporting and guiding us, particularly during the development and launch of our Transitions Project. His insight has helped strengthen our approach to ensuring Deaf young people across Northern Ireland have the best possible access and a smooth journey into their next stages — whether that is school, further education, training or employment.

As a Deaf cochlear implant and BSL user, Conor brings both lived experience and leadership. He is a positive role model for Deaf young people, demonstrating what is possible and helping shape services that truly reflect their needs and aspirations.

We are incredibly grateful for his support and look forward to continuing this important work together.
